Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Costume Make-up (opened or used products)
  • Costume Facial Hair (if removed from original packaging)
  • Costume Jewelry (if tags have been removed)
  • Any items that have been worn, altered, or damaged

The Returns & Exchanges Process

  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours (especially quickly during our busy Halloween season!) with:

  • A Return Authorization Number
  • Detailed return shipping instructions
  • A printable return label if applicable

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully pack your items in the original packaging, include all tags and documentation, and ship to:

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items
